Return/Refund Policy

We do our best to give you just what you need for a price that is fair. If for some reason what you purchased from us is not as listed, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the item for your money back or to exchange it for a different item. Proof of purchase is required to issue a refund.

We ask that if you need to return the item and it is not an issue of a defective item, that it be returned in the condition that it was purchased to be able to receive a full refund. 


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Exchanges
If after receiving your return and it is deemed as a defective item we will replace your item with the same or comparable items if you choose. If no comparable item is available at the time, a refund will be issued to resolve the issue.

Shipping Cost
Depending on the size and location of the item being returned, if authorized, we will either pick up the item for you(larger items) or send you a pre-paid shipping label to for you to return the item. If the returned item is found to not be in its original condition as sold or if stated as defective and no defect was found uponre-inspection, you will be responsible for the shipping charges and restocking fees(minimum of 15% of purchase price) which will be deducted from your refund.

Please provide us the order number and the issue with the item and we will contact you to get the item processed for a return.
